Figuring It Out
Sean from Las Vegas asks: How would you deal with being in your character’s position on Destiny, lost in the universe?
Alaina Huffman answers: I relate a lot to TJ. I think that it would be very overwhelming to be lost on the far end of the universe and stuck on a spaceship with limited supplies and have to take care of everyone's medical needs. I know she often expresses that she doesn't know, but it's true... they are all figuring it out as they go.

Give Rush Some Credit
Jessi from Garden City, KS asks: Who is your favorite character on the show other than yourself and why?
Elyse Levesque answers: I'm a fan of Rush. I like this character because he does sneaky, underhanded things with such a sense of entitlement that you can't help but admire him for it. Also, I think he's somewhat misunderstood by most of the Destiny crew and that he may be a much better person than people give him credit for.

Ensemble Drama
Corby from Washington asks: What is your favorite element of the storytelling in SGU?
David Blue answers: I love that in an ensemble drama, it's all about getting to know people. They slowly lay seeds that, whether you realize it right away or not, will eventually pay off. I love that this franchise has adopted that method.

Blue Screen Imagination
Gene from Victoria, BC asks: What is it like acting in front of a blue screen?
Alaina Huffman answers: It's so common now that I don't even think about it, but I'm always amazed at what they end up putting in there instead. My imagination isn't that good I guess. :)

Character Drama
Lindsay from Denver, CO asks: How is SGU different from anything you've worked on before?
Brian J. Smith answers: Besides some technical things, it's really not that different. It's a character drama more than it is a sci-fi program. If I had to show up to work every day and work with someone in an alien mask I'd be like "Ok, this is a bit different." But I'm working with talented actors on great material. I've always been lucky that way.

James from Scotland asks: If given the chance to swap bodies with anyone on Earth using the communication stones for an hour, who would it be and why?
Elyse Levesque answers: I would swap bodies with Sarah Silverman. It'd be nice to be able to get away with just about anything for an hour.
